Most current testing shows that in same refinement BS v Aquila, Aquila may marginally win out for E/Q damage, but BS marginally wins out in normal/charged attack damage. Aquila must be gacha pulled for further refinements. In a real situation you'll be mixing in Q's and combos may be inconsistent, but given how close the damage is with most of these weapons I'd go with the weapon with the most utility. A physical build would definitely see Aquilla as the #1 pick for sure. Obviously this is a specific build as well. The fantastic healing from the Black Sword also allows for more reckless gameplay or even running a party without a healer in abyss further pushing it ahead. In the specific scenario Aquilla comes out ahead only if you get hit an average of 5 seconds after the cd is up and are standing next to your target when it happens, otherwise the Black Sword is surprisingly the highest DPS.
